Shenzhen Sunbow Insulation Materials MFG. Co., Ltd. Established in 2003. It is mainly engaged in the research & development, manufacture, and sale of various insulation materials. After several years of development, Sunbow becomes one of the leading Chinese manufacturers in insulation sleeving. Due to an expansion in our business, our factory moved to Gongming, Guangming New District in Shenzhen. It occupies a floor space of nearly 10,000 square meters.
We can offer an extensive range of thermal and dielectric protection sleeving designed for a wide range of electromechanical, electric heating devices, electronic wiring, household electrical appliance, lighting, automotive and tooling etc. Our main products include various fiberglass sleeving, silicone tube (especially the platinum cured silicone tube), PTFE tube, PVC tube, Heat shrinkable tube and so on. All our products have obtained the UL and CSA certificates (Cert No: E333178 --UZIQ2, VW-1 & E333177--UZFT2/8,200C, 600V). Also all our products are in conformance with the European RoHS requirements. Furthermore, based on European new requirements, we re-apply and obtained German PFOA and PFOS certificates and European REACH report showing that our products do not contain 46 high-risk substances. In Sep.2009, we successfully passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification, now ISO14001 system is also pushing.
